Zoning Reliance Letters

Reliance Letters allow for an additional party or parties to rely on reports (such as a Phase I ESA) for their liability protection and due dilligence. Otherwise an additional party or parties would only be able to review reports. Used to covey the right to rely on a report to a particular party – not the original user of a particular report – these letters can be an important part of the environmental due diligence process. Such letters are commonly used due diligence tools.
